Terms And Conditions

1. All orders are on a first order first get basis. Items will be given to customers who had comfirmed their order and made payment first. If two or more orders came in at the same time, but there is only one left, the items will be given to customer who placed their order earlier.

We truely apologise if the item you wanted is sold out. But you can request for the items that is sold out, you just need to wait awhile =)

2. JewelsSecret would not be held responsible should your mail gets lost. Buyers are strongly encouraged to opt for registered mail. Normal Postage will be at your own risk. However, there aren't any loss of mail so far if the address is given the correct one. Great thanks to SingPost =) .



3. A confirmation email will be sent before payment.



4. Cancellation of orders is not allowed once payment is made.




5.Items delivered are neither refundable, nor exchangeable.


6. The privileges (free delivery, discount and free membership ) only applies in a single receipt.




7.Orders made and delivery are strictly within Singapore.



6.JewelsSecret may amend or modify these Terms or impose new conditions anytime for any improvement.
